As a Head Chef at HC One, you will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to our residents. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
  • Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
