Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, preparation, and execution
  • Manage the kitchen brigade, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service
  • Contribute to inventory control and ordering, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a high-end kitchen, with a strong track record of leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
  • Own transportation is essential due to the location, but staff accommodation is provided
