Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to support students with unique needs. As a Speech & Language Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a recent Graduate degree in Psychology or a related field, with knowledge of supporting students with unique neurological wiring, such as ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other conditions. You will provide personalized support to students who require extra assistance in accessing their education, work collaboratively with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student learning, and assist students with communication, social, and emotional needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate or experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of students who need additional support. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, excellent training and development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to students who require extra assistance in accessing their education.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student learning.
  • Assist students with communication, social, and emotional needs.

Requirements:
  • Recent Graduate degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Knowledge of supporting students with unique neurological wiring, such as ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
