We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team and train to become a Lift Field Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators.
  • Attending lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor lift repairs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Meeting agreed customer response times and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and contributing to the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • Solving complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment and carrying out basic LG1 examinations.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to resolve problems and achieve our goals.
