Job Overview

Orona, a leading global provider of lift solutions, is seeking a skilled Lift Field Technician to join our Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the optimal performance of our lifts and escalators.
  • Respond to lift breakdown callouts, performing minor repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates to the Service Manager and participate in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • Solve complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
  • Work independently, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
