The role of the Head of Planning requires an experienced professional to lead the town planning function across various offices in London, Bicester, Cambridge, East Anglia and Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a planning or multidisciplinary consultancy, or client-side for a developer or land owner.

The consultancy deals with planning applications ranging from 300 to 1000 units, aiming to work on larger schemes up to 10,000 units and beyond. As the Head of Department, you will oversee the whole town planning function, managing a team of 10 subordinates at various levels.
