We are a dynamic group of pubs, part of the Wells & Co family, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out thorough cleaning duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ensure public areas, including toilets, baths, and washbasins, are clean and well-stocked
  • Polish and dust all furniture and fittings, and clean windows, paintwork, and walls
  • Remove rubbish and waste, and maintain a tidy and organized environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver a high level of service
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Self-motivated and organized, with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding guest expectations
