Job Description: Residential Care Professional - Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care to individuals in need? Do you have a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others?

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Care Professional to join our team at St Teresa's Care Home in South Kensington. As a Residential Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents in a safe and comfortable environment. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing emotional support and companionship to our residents. You will also be involved in maintaining a safe and clean environment, which includes tidying residents' rooms and helping with household chores.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. You will also need to have a minimum of 6 months experience in a care setting, although NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to complete is preferred.
