Amazon Ecommerce Manager Job Description

MacGregor Black is seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Manager to drive the success of our Amazon business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Ecommerce strategy for Amazon, aligned with our overall business goals.
  • Maximize sales and profitability across all Amazon product categories.
  • Monitor and optimize product listings, including product ranking, searchability, keywords, and content.
  • Lead the Amazon Sales Executive and Amazon Sales Analyst team, adhering to company HR processes.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement effective AMS campaigns and other promotional activities on Amazon.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility across the Amazon platform.
  • Track and manage budget expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Develop and implement full-year promotional plans to drive ongoing sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Ecommerce management, preferably with a focus on Amazon.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with the ability to derive insights from data and develop them into actions and recommendations.
  • Proficient in Office365 (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
