About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to lead our Amazon business to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and developing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Amazon, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
  • Maximize sales and profitability across all Amazon product categories, leveraging data analysis and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and optimize product listings, including product ranking, searchability, keywords, and content, to improve visibility and drive sales.
  • Lead the Amazon Sales Executive and Amazon Sales Analyst team, adhering to company HR processes and ensuring effective collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement effective AMS campaigns and other promotional activities on Amazon, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
  • Track and manage budget expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial targets and developing full-year promotional plans to drive ongoing sales growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably with a focus on Amazon.
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with the ability to derive insights from data and develop them into actions and recommendations.
  • Proficient in Office365 (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
