EngineeringUK is seeking an experienced AWS Technical Program Manager to lead our EMEA DC Delivery Team. This role involves driving operational excellence and process improvements across multiple cross-functional projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management, with strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel and Tableau. Experience with data center technologies or operations is also essential.

A day in the life of this role involves collaborating with software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive performance of key goals/metrics across the team.
  • Deep dive misses to understand root causes and put in place long-term solutions/fixes.
  • Present findings/recommendations and goal performance in Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel and Tableau.
  • Program Management experience with problem-solving skills; familiarity with one or more AWS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data (including SQL) and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom.
