About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from ambitious landmarks to children's programming, and to contribute to the development of our content strategy. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of producers, editors, and presenters to create engaging and informative content for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on plant animal interactions, including reviewing scientific literature and conducting fieldwork
  • Develop innovative content ideas, including scripts, storyboards, and treatment documents
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to create engaging and informative content, including presenters, editors, and producers
  • Work closely with our production team to ensure that all content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Contribute to the development of our content strategy, including identifying new trends and opportunities in the market
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background in a relevant field, such as biology, ecology, or environmental science. You will also need to have excellent research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex scientific ideas in a clear and engaging way. Additionally, you will need to have a strong interest in natural history television production and a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, a flexible 35-hour working week, and 26 days (plus an additional day which is a Corporation Day) with the option to buy an extra 5 days.
