About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Estate Management Specialist to join our team at Great Places Housing Association. As an Estate Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of our estates and properties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of estate and leasehold services
  • Provide expert advice on managing leasehold and shared ownership properties
  • Deal with customer enquiries and resolve disputes in a professional manner
  • Prepare and manage budgets, service charge accounts, and Section 20 consultation
  • Attend residents' meetings and AGMs as required

Requirements:

  • IRPM qualified or equivalent housing qualification
  • Experience of estate or property management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure
