Retail Business Growth Manager

As a Retail Business Growth Manager at White & Case LLP, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue opportunities and enhancing the firm's market presence in the Consumer and Retail industry.

This role involves working closely with senior leaders to create go-to-market plans aligned with Global Consumer & Retail objectives. You will also align with global stakeholders to deploy partners, support business development, and address client development and marketing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth and enhance market presence
- Align with global stakeholders to deploy partners and support business development
- Collaborate with the DEI team to drive client engagement on joint initiatives
- Oversee international flagship events and coordinate local arrangements
- Ensure timely submission of key global and regional sector directory entries and award nominations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and business development in a professional services environment
- Experienced in business development, preferably in law firms or international organisations
- Self-motivated, pragmatic, flexible, and effective independently and in teams
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with iManage/document management systems is ideal
