About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Go Green Lawn & Pest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our customers' properties through various landscaping tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Mixing and applying turf care products to ensure optimal growth and maintenance of lawns
- Operating and maintaining equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and other machinery, to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Applying fertilizers and controlling weeds according to schedule and safety procedures to maintain property appearance
- Driving company vehicles to customer locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation of employees and equipment
- Working independently and communicating with customers about our service and their properties to exceed expectations
Qualifications:
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred, but willing to train the right individual
- Able to work fast-paced and produce quality results, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
- Valid Driver's License required for safe transportation of employees and equipment
- Service-oriented mindset to consistently exceed customers' needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality work
- Able to operate efficiently and safely, adhering to company policies and regulations
Compensation and Benefits:
