Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum based on industry standards and location

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing a team of engineers and overseeing the maintenance of our fleet of 56 vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and people management skills, preferably in the PSV/HGV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the engineering support staff
  • Oversee the preventative maintenance procedures of our fleet of vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with DVSA standards and health, safety & environmental legislation

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of technical and people management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and motivation skills
  • Professional engineering qualification (e.g. HNC/HND or equivalent)
