  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in flat roofing project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
  • Previous experience and working references.
