At Pioneer Selection, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Market Weighton. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency of our site.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a multi-skilled engineering role within a manufacturing environment, with a mechanical or electrical bias. Previous experience in high-speed manufacturing or FMCG environments is also essential. Your strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to maintenance and efficiency will enable you to drive business growth and improvements.

You will work collaboratively with production operators to engage in loss reduction and productivity enhancement initiatives. Additionally, you will operate and maintain essential service plant equipment, including boilers, chilled water systems, air compressors, and effluent treatment facilities. With your expertise, you will play a key role in machine design upgrades, installations, and relocations, contributing to efficiency improvements.
