We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Liaison Specialist to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Partner in their daily operations.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with exceptional organizational skills to work closely with the Senior Partner, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing the Senior Partner's schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Partner, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.
  2. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contact information, meeting notes, and other relevant documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with experience using calendars, email, and document management systems.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
