Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Retail Operations Manager with ongoing operations-related training activities across the UK. This will involve proactively reaching out to stores to understand training needs and setting up one-to-one or one-to-many trainings accordingly.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Technology Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and updates to existing tools.
  • Training Design: Ability to develop effective training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust training methods and materials based on the audience's needs and feedback.
  • Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word programs.
  • Shows initiative and a can-do attitude.
  • Positive outlook and solutions-centric.
  • Team player.
  • Some experience in an administrative/operations position, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Very organized, rigorous, and reliable, able to organize work autonomously and anticipate.
  • Professional with ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Some understanding of Hermes tools and ability to train other team members.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Hermes GB team as a Trainee Retail Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Retail Operations Manager with ongoing operations-related training activities across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and be able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable individual who is able to work autonomously and anticipate the needs of the team. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive outlook and a solutions-centric approach.

As a Trainee Retail Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be working closely with the Senior Retail Operations Manager and other members of the team to deliver high-quality training and support to stores across the UK.
