Transformative Opportunity at Bron Afon Community Housing

We are embarking on an exciting period of change, transforming our IT services and implementing new technology to improve staff experience and customer options. As a Programme Support Officer, you will play a key role in managing change across the organisation, supporting the Portfolio and Performance Lead in developing the Programme Management Office (PMO), and coordinating and managing programmes of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop awareness and understanding of formal project management standards.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of ICT aspects, including hardware, software, networks, and telephony.
  • Apply effective risk management and mitigation techniques.
  • Provide professional programme administrative support, leveraging Microsoft Office skills.
  • Understand social housing policies, practices, and procedures.
Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience in a changing environment and knowledge of Programme Management techniques and standards, such as Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), would be advantageous.
