Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Assembly Technician to join our expanding team at Munro Vehicles. As an assembly technician, you will be responsible for adhering to a production schedule, ensuring that all aspects of the build are properly fitted, aligned, and secured, and ensuring that safety standards are always met.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and understand product schematics and assembly instructions to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
- Verify dimensions and product specifications to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Ensure that all required parts for assembly are present and properly stored.
- Verify that all parts are properly fitted, tested, and functioning as intended.
- Ensure that quality control standards are met and maintained throughout the assembly process.
- Maintain a production schedule to ensure timely completion of assemblies.
- Adhere to assembly and workshop safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating workshop handheld tools, including wrenches, sockets, and other equipment.
- Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle small parts and tools.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in assembly.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- An exceptional eye for detail and quality of workmanship to ensure that all assemblies meet our high standards.
- Good understanding of 'Safe working Practice' in a workshop environment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
What We Offer
