Senior Quality Practitioner - Medication Governance Specialist

Creative Support is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Practitioner to join our national quality team. This role will focus on medication governance and improvement processes across our national services, particularly those registered with the CQC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead medication good practice, ensuring policies and toolkits enable excellent medication management
  • Audit sites to ensure compliance against policy and protocols
  • Contribute to audit and social care governance processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in Health and Social Care with a passion for high standards of health support and medication good practice
  • Organized, caring, and insightful with great knowledge of good practice standards
