Job Title: Senior Quality Practitioner - Medication Lead

Creative Support is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Practitioner - Medication Lead to join our national quality team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of medication governance across our services.

Scope of the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading medication good practice, ensuring policies and toolkits enable excellent medication management, and auditing sites to ensure compliance against policy and protocols.

This role will be based within the Quality team and will contribute to our audit and social care governance processes. Full induction and comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead medication good practice and ensure policies and toolkits enable excellent medication management
  • Audit sites to ensure compliance against policy and protocols

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and medication governance. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
