Role Overview
A First-Class Academic Mentor position is available at one of our partner schools in Bromley, London. We are seeking a recent University graduate with top-tier subject knowledge to support struggling students and academic athletes achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
As an Academic Mentor, you will provide individualized support to students, help them solidify their subject knowledge, and push them to reach their limits. You will also have the opportunity to connect with key figures and gain insight from senior school staff through our CPD programme.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £51,500 per year (£475 - £550 per week, paid weekly via PAYE), as well as benefits such as joining the schools CPD programme and gaining insight from senior school staff.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum 2:1 degree in a core subject from a top 20 UK University, previous experience working with young people, and extra-curricular hobbies that can be integrated into school life like music or sports (not essential).
