Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, improve their wellbeing, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Support students with diverse needs in achieving academic excellence
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop tailored plans for students' educational success
  • Provide guidance on managing behaviour and promoting positive relationships
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and cooperation
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an Education Support Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of supporting students with diverse needs and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A clear DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK

What We Offer
