Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on governance and compliance matters
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the organization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in corporate governance, risk management, and data protection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 per annum, 38 days holiday, and a range of other benefits.
