At Bespoke Moving Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Complaints Handler & Admin Assistant to join our team in Cannock. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional customer service and support.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end customer complaints process, guaranteeing thorough resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately performing data entry tasks and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Providing professional phone support, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Coordinating removals and installations, scheduling efficiently with our team.
  • Offering general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and document scanning.

For this role, we're looking for an individual with:

  • Strong proficiency in office software and digital tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks performed.
