We are seeking a skilled Equipment Examiner to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel Government & Defence in Donnington, Telford.
Your Role:This role is responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, investigation, examination, and conditioning of Dental & Medical and associated sub-assemblies held at our facility.
Your Responsibilities:- Process TS work orders on a daily basis.
- Ensure adherence to current approved data, policies, processes, procedures, and management guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve required outcomes.
- Develop an understanding of Risk Assessments and Risk Controls, including identifying risks.
- Comply with instructed Safe Working Practices and report accidents and incidents within the workplace.
- Build positive customer relationships and respond constructively to customer requests and internal departments.
- Act as a Champion for Continuous Improvement (CI) and develop an understanding of CI tools and methodologies, participating in CI activities as required.
- Participate in Technical Services WEMWO and ensure all work is conducted in accordance with approved data.
- Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification or equivalent.
- Desirable: Experience working on Medical Technical Equipment.
- IMS experience.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and deal with conflict successfully.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
- Experience working to agreed targets.
- Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Skills / Personal Attributes.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
