Equipment Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Inspector to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel Government & Defence Donnington. As an Equipment Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, investigation, examination, and conditioning of Dental & Medical and associated sub-assemblies.

• Process TS work orders on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with current approved data, policies, processes, procedures, and management guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve required outcomes.
• Develop an understanding of Risk Assessments and Risk Controls, including identifying risks.
• Adhere to all instructed Safe Working Practices and report accidents and incidents within the workplace.
• Build positive customer relationships and respond constructively to customer requests and internal departments.
• Act as a Champion for Continuous Improvement (CI) and participate in CI activities as required.
• Contribute to the development of WIs/SOPs and process confirmations, assisting with necessary amendments, updates, and rewrites.
• Undertake Technical Services WEMWO.
• Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with approved data.

• Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification or equivalent.
• Desirable: Experience working on Medical Technical Equipment.
• IMS experience.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and deal with conflict successfully.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
• Experience working to agreed targets.
• Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Skills / Personal Attributes.
