About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Oyster Yachts Limited. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support
    • Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts, technical support, and general guidance.
    • Create and manage purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
    • Pack and ship boat parts to worldwide destinations.
    • Provide support to the Oyster World Rally team and participants by ordering necessary parts.
    • Order spare parts for new boats and deliver them on time.
  • Events Support
    • Provide administrative and logistics support for Oyster Yachts events.
    • Handle owner event communications, including collation of event information and event invoicing.
    • Assist in the creation of event booking forms and invitations.
    • Place merchandise orders and book travel and accommodation.
    • Coordinate lunch at regattas and organize shipments.
Requirements
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
    • Familiarity with purchase order and invoice processes.
    • Knowledge of international shipping and postage.
    • Yacht/marine-related production/sailing knowledge.
  • Skills
    • Competent user of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Word, and basic Excel skills.
    • Strong customer service skills, particularly telephone support and email responses.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Planning and organizing skills.
  • Experience
    • Customer support/administration experience, preferably in a production/manufacturing business.
    • Customer query management by telephone and email.
    • Experience using a CRM system and ERP solution.
    • Sailing experience is not essential.
