We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team at The Best Connection - Taunton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to cut lightweight materials and apply logos.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate machinery to cut and process materials
- Apply logos and labels to products
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products
- Identify and report any machinery faults or issues
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production targets
We offer a range of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles, including:
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00
We offer competitive pay rates, including:
- Day Shift Pay Rates: £12.57 per hour (Monday to Friday), £18.86 per hour (after 37.5 hours worked), £25.14 per hour (Sundays and Bank Holidays)
- Night Shift Pay Rates: £13.82 per hour (Sunday to Thursday), £20.73 per hour (after 37.5 hours worked), £27.64 per hour (Saturdays)
