Productiion Operatives

**Job Description**:
Pertemps Exeter are recruiting for
**Production Operatives** to support our client in
**Dunkeswell.**
Our client is a BRC A Grade issue 8 accredited UK based food manufacturing company, offering full-service solutions for dietary supplements, lifestyle based nutritionally balanced meals, bulk powder filling and nutraceutical products
Ideally, we are looking for applicants from a food safety, or a production background. However, this is not essential as training will be given.
**You will need access to your own vehicle due to the location of this client.**

**Shift Pattern**:
Monday - Thursday
6am - 4pm
There is an option to work overtime on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

**About the job role**:
**Supporting the functions of the**:

- filling rooms
- powder blending
- mixing rooms
- packing/palletising
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for food safety.
- Ability to work under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
- Filling a variety of containers with weighed out goods.
- Packaging made products into boxes ready for shipping.
- Putting the finished products through an X-ray machine.
- ** You will need access to your own vehicle due to the location of this client.**

This role is working in a busy environment and involves you being on your feet most of the shift. Due to the nature of the position, you will need to be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time as well as bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety Regulations.
