Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the proposal development process, from initial planning to final submission. This will involve working closely with our technical and project leaders to position WSP USA and win profitable business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the proposal development process, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Work closely with technical and project leaders to develop winning proposals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to identify business opportunities
- Lead the development of win strategies, tender planning, written responses, reviews, and response delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in proposal management, business development, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the proposal development process and best practices
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
