Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner Role

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Modality LLP, a leading provider of NHS community outpatient services. The successful candidate will work in hospital operating theatres and anaesthetic/recovery areas, and may be involved with procedures on wards, clinics, or in other specialist areas.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the education and training of learners and non-registered staff
- Evaluate and escalate concerns to promote patient safety
- Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and remain calm in traumatic situations
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
