**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct comprehensive clinical histories and physical examinations
* Formulate differential diagnosis management plans
* Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate clinical records

**Requirements:**

* Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist with the relevant professional body
* Minimum of 2 modules at Level 7, including Minor Illness & Minor Injury
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Right to work in the UK
