Job Title: Data Visualisation Senior Analyst

As a Data Visualisation Senior Analyst at Kellogg, you will play a key role in building and owning the governance structure around all visualisations created on our owned instances. Using data modelling and querying tools, you will help establish best practices for SQL code design and build, applying logic and joining tables for use in a data visualisation platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a visualization governance framework for all KEU dashboard builds
  • Conduct performance audits for all major dashboards built by the Analytics Delivery Team, ensuring compliance with best practices and providing a quarterly report on audit findings
  • Ensure business continuity with existing reporting solutions by checking data load performance and troubleshooting, working closely with I.T. support teams as needed
  • Migrate existing dashboards to PowerBi, working closely with end users to identify and implement migration
  • Stay up-to-date with data visualisation tools and best practices outside of the organisation, understanding how and what we should adopt
Requirements:
  • Advanced development and deployment on PowerBi (Desktop, Web)
  • Familiarity with other visualisation tools (e.g. Qlikview)
  • Technical data modelling and querying experience (Microsoft SQL Server, AWS technologies (Redshift, Glue, S3, DBeaver and Snowflake)
  • R Studio: design and develop automation solutions
  • Data Visualisation: knowledge of visualisation best practices and design processes
  • Ability to inherit existing data models, including troubleshooting and evolving code
