Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks to ensure all areas of the office, including kitchens, toilets, and communal spaces, are clean and hygienic.
  • Replenish stock and consumables, such as toilet tissue and hand sanitizer, as needed.
  • Identify and report any health and safety hazards or near misses to ensure a safe working environment.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing situations.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
