Job Overview

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services at Site Office, Building ALO 206. Your primary goal will be to create a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completion of all requested tasks and motivate your team to complete them in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Oversee all areas of the office, including kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, to ensure they are kept clean and hygienic.
  • Order stock and consumables, such as toilet tissue, cleaning products, and appliances.
  • Be a champion of health and safety practices, reporting any near misses to keep your colleagues safe.
  • Conduct regular safety walks to identify and address any hazards.
  • Frequent feedback sessions with your team to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed.
  • Be a team player and take instruction.

Package Details

  • 37.5 hours per week (part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate).
  • Shift pattern/hours set out as follows: Monday to Friday.
  • £ per hour.
