Duty Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our award-winning Patchway SPAR store in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a convenience store environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock control and inventory management
