Lead the Way at Costa Coffee

As a Store Manager at Costa Coffee, you'll be the driving force behind our Bristol Drive Thru store's success. We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader who can inspire their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the wider Costa Coffee team to share best practices and drive business growth
