Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead regional engineering teams in the design, implementation, and management of Electrical and Cooling infrastructures. They will provide regular reporting on the condition and efficiency of the countries Electrical and Cooling systems, identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the EMEA team in defining and implementing NTT GDC EMEA Tech-Ops standards for Electrical infrastructures.
  • Ensure Electrical infrastructures are effectively tested, commissioned, maintained, and optimized.
  • Schedule regular face-to-face meetings with the regional team to discuss operational performance of Electrical infrastructure.
  • Develop commissioning procedures in conjunction with the Technical Operations team.
  • Hold post-handover project lessons learnt meetings and share findings within NTT GDC EMEA Technical Operations team.
  • Train and educate personnel on the operation of Electrical and Cooling infrastructure.
  • Ensure Electrical and Cooling systems are efficiently optimized to meet expected performance requirements.
  • Conduct regular tours of regional facilities to inspect local conformance to NTT GDC EMEA standards.
  • Attend internal or external quality-related audits as SME.
Requirements:
  • Extensive years' experience working in mission-critical Electrical environments within a large company, IT/Telecoms industry preferred or M&E consultancy.
  • Experience in data centers or a similar environment is considered a significant advantage.
  • Awareness of Root Cause Analysis management frameworks highly desirable.
  • Proficient in English language both written and verbal. Second European language written and verbal desirable.
