**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Lead to join our team at Altum Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of our client's Finance function, with a focus on implementing a new Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) system.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of the FP&A system implementation, including planning, design, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with our client's FP&A function and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of the project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and systems implementation, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects, driving process efficiency, and leading change management efforts. They will also have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A system implementation, including planning, design, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with the FP&A function and oversee the system implementation team
  • Manage relationships with external implementation partners, ensuring delivery, billing, and change control
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and other departments to align system functionality with business needs
  • Provide training and support to FP&A team members and stakeholders on the new system

    • Deep understanding of FP&A principles, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement
    • Proven expertise in implementing FP&A systems, with knowledge of system architecture, data integration, and automation
    • Strong change management skills to align stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale FP&A transformation projects
  • Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience
