Job Title: FP&A Transformation Consultant

TechNET IT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced FP&A Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve financial excellence through the implementation of Adaptive Insights solutions.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing strategic consulting on FP&A best practices, enhancing efficiencies and insights. This will involve leveraging your financial expertise and project management skills to drive successful financial transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting & Advisory: Provide strategic consulting on FP&A best practices, enhancing efficiencies and insights.

• Solution Architecture: Design and implement Adaptive Insights solutions to address our clients' FP&A requirements.

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

• Customization & Optimization: Customize Adaptive Insights to meet specific client needs, optimizing performance and reporting capabilities.

• Client Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions to empower client teams in using Adaptive Insights effectively.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Adaptive Insights with broader business goals.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within clients' FP&A functions, leveraging technology and data analytics.


Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in FP&A or financial consulting, with at least 2 years of hands-on Adaptive Insights experience.
  • Consultancy Background: Proven experience in a consultancy or advisory role, guiding clients through financial transformations.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adaptive Insights, including model building, data integration, and report generation.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, resources, and client expectations effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Communication & Training: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in training end-users and presenting complex concepts clearly.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
