About the Role
We are seeking a Behaviour Improvement Officer to work with students in our Isolation Unit, supporting them to develop positive behaviour and improve their academic performance.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them to understand the consequences of their actions and make positive changes.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Creating a calm and structured environment within the unit.
• Guiding students to understand the impact of their actions and encouraging positive behaviour change.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting or similar.

Key skills and qualifications include:
• Experience working with young people in a school setting or similar.
• A calm and patient approach to managing challenging behaviours.
• A commitment to helping students succeed, both academically and personally.
