As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing relationships with existing customers, and making recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company products and services
  • Sustain relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations
  • Assist Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and updating the system
  • Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders
  • Maintain and update the in-house software with customer information
  • Create and present detailed sales reports to the Sales team

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative support role in the food industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • 1-2 years experience in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required)
