About Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM
We are a leading construction company, proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.
Earn an estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum as a Sub Agent in the Brackley area with extensive Highways experience. You will need to hold a Driving License and have access to a vehicle in order to be considered for this position.
The successful candidate will assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation such as Method Statements, Environmental and Quality Plans, Construction programmes, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.
Key responsibilities include liaising with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out the activities to the required standards, programme, and budget. The role also involves managing the site engineering team and being responsible for the performance and development of Site and Section Engineers.
A crucial aspect of the job is ensuring that construction operations conform to contract requirements and meet the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ). Additionally, you will assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.
