Heavy Civils Project Manager

We are looking for a Quantity Surveying Specialist to manage project costs and budgets for one of our largest infrastructure projects in the UK. The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and proven experience in heavy civils projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project costs and budgets
- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Conduct feasibility studies
- Provide advice on contractual claims
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £42,500 per annum, plus a package and bonus, making the total compensation up to £49,000.

- Proven experience in heavy civils projects
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
