We are a global civils and construction company looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and ensure commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in heavy civils projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing project budgets and forecasts
  • Preparing and reviewing tender and contract documents
  • Conducting cost analysis and providing recommendations
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

We offer a salary range of £48-£65k, plus bonus and benefits. Our company is based in Northamptonshire (NN13).
