Job Title: Regional Fundraiser, West Wales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Fundraiser to join our team in West Wales. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our charity's mission to provide support to families affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our charity's mission
  • Build and maintain relationships with local communities, businesses, and stakeholders to raise awareness and funds for our charity
  • Organize and deliver fundraising events, campaigns, and activities to engage and motivate supporters
  • Work closely with our support team to ensure that fundraising efforts are aligned with our charity's goals and objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support fundraising efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our donors, volunteers, and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and improve fundraising performance
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments
